I speak at every opportunity to share about the power of lifestyle as Medicine, about how our lifestyle choices, especially how we eat and move affect the years in our life and the life in those years.

The Power of Lifestyle as Medicine.

A science based talk targeted at a broad audience with a strong and yet encouraging message on how one's health and wellness can be retained, regained or lost through one's lifestyle and diet choices. 
Duration - 1.5 hrs

Excuse me, you are not too young. 
- the battle to safeguard your health begins early.
A science based talk targeted at young adults to wake them up from their usual complacency that they can still afford to wait till they are older before paying attention to lifestyle, diet and health.
Duration - 1 hour to 1.5 hrs.

A pill for every ill ?
- There has to be a better way
A science based talk focusing on the importance of prevention rather than treatment, on the power of health care instead of sick care. That many of today's chronic diseases can be prevented, reduced or managed by lifestyle and diet choices. 
Duration - 1 hour to 1.5 hrs.

I have slotted to be the last speaker for this semester on 'Metabolic Syndrome'. I shall be speaking on Lifestyle as Medicine - We Eat Together, We Live Together.
